Who Are We
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Oak Health LLC (“we”/”us”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://www.getoak.com website (the “Site”). Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Emails and Electronic newsletters
We will send you emails to facilitate communication with you regarding your account, your requests, status updates, refill notification and requests, for information requests, and as otherwise deemed necessary or useful to provide a quality service to you. If User decides to opt-in to our mailinglist, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.
